We invite you into our cozy Bay View home for a truly unique, private dining experience. We begin every dinner party with an apertivo cocktail while we get ready to have fun in the kitchen! We will be making two different shapes of pasta, each with it’s own sauce. We use fresh, local and organic ingredients as much as possible while keeping recipes simple enough for you to recreate in the comfort of your kitchen.
After preparing the dough to rest, everyone can take a break and relax with an appetizer. It varies on what’s in season and best for the group that day. You are encouraged to bring your own wine to pair with dinner. Al fresco dining is always an option, as long as the Wisconsin weather allows.
When you finish shaping your pasta, you can sit back at the beautifully set communal dining table. The rest of the evening turns to a relaxing dinner party where you enjoy the food you made while making new friends. There is no standing and eating in an industrial kitchen here! Every meal will end with homemade limoncello, espresso and a light dessert.
All recipes will be provided to take home and make notes on if needed. Classes usually last about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. We can accommodate up to 6 guests in our kitchen. Each class is $75, per person. (there is an upcharge for gluten free, please email so we can chat about it) All classes booked by emailing me.
